The subject of this framework agreement is the following two technical services:

- maintenance and creation of green spaces;

- maintenance work on the arboreal heritage.

The services are provided within the framework of the competences exercised by the CPS (roads, heritage, business parks, soft traffic, transport, environment, etc.). It is broken down into six distinct lots. Each tenderer will be able to respond to all the geographical lots of the 1 er technical lot (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 1e), but may only be awarded a single lot. The description and technical specifications are defined in the CCTP.

Gif-sur-Yvette intercommunal proximity center covering the territory of Gif-sur-Yvette, Saint-Aubin and Villiers-le-Bâcle and Saclay intercommunal proximity center covering the territory of Saclay, Igny and Vauhallan.

Inter-municipal proximity center of Ulis covering the territory of Ulis and Gometz-le-Châtel and the Courtabœuf economic activity zone (ZAE) in the municipality of Villejust.

Orsay intercommunal proximity center covering the territory of Orsay and Bures-sur-Yvette.

Palaiseau intercommunal proximity center covering only the territory of Palaiseau and the off-road public spaces around the buildings managed by the CPS of the municipalities of Bures-sur-Yvette, Chilly-Mazarin, Gif-sur-Yvette, Gometz-le-Châtel , Igny, Longjumeau, Massy, Orsay, Palaiseau, Saint-Aubin, Saclay, Les Ulis, Villiers-le-Bâcle and Wissous (list subject to change).

The municipalities of Ballainvilliers, Linas, Longjumeau, La-Ville-du-Bois, Nozay and Villebon-sur-Yvette, the business parks in the CPS territory as defined in 1.1.2 of this CCAP, with the exception of of the part of the Courtabœuf park located on the territory of Villejust included in lot n ° 1b and the soft circulation included in the master plan of the CPS and managed outside the road authority.

Maintenance work of the arboreal heritage on the territory of the Paris-Saclay Community on all the skills exercised by the CPS.
