HUS Diagnostic Center aims to purchase an analyser to determination (%) of heamoglobin variants in patient blood samples. The analyser is purchased by leasing, fixed rental paid monthly for five (5) years. After 5 years of leasing with all the rentals paid the analyser becomes property of HUS.
Reagents and accessories will be ordered according to consumption and invoiced accordingly.
The agreement for the analyser is valid for five (5) years. The agreement for reagents and supplies will be in force for fixed period of four (4) years and thereafter until terminated. The prices for reagents and supplies are fixed for two (2) years.
Diagnosis of haemoglobinopathy must be based on two different technologies. HUS already has a capillary electrophoretic assay, and therefore an analyser/test based on electrophoresis will not be accepted.
The yearly amount of patient samples analysed is about 2200.
As an option the Client reserves a right to purchase the workstation from the Tenderer.

The objective of the procurement is to find a professional contractual partner to supply the object of procurement. HUS will select a single supplier as the contractual partner.
