The 2- to 3-storey building will be developed using the natural topography on two levels. The representative entrance front in the north provides direct access to the quadruple sports hall on the ground floor. The foundation is conventional as a flat foundation, consisting of a reinforced base plate d = mind. 50 cm. The sports hall is a solid construction with a wooden roof structure. The reinforced concrete outer walls, partially filled inside, are clad on the outside with a facade cladding, while the northern reinforced concrete outer wall is provided with a thermal insulation composite system. Window openings are designed as a glass façade with a mullion / transom construction. Steel concrete inner walls (d = 20-40 cm, load-bearing) are partially filled and provided with a coat of paint. Non-load-bearing interior walls are designed as plasterboard walls.
