RDW in Parczew: Winter road and pavement maintenance services in the season 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026

1. The subject of the order is:

Provision of services related to ZUD in the following ZUD seasons: 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. combating slippery slopes and clearing snow:

Rump. No. 2: Dr. Wojew. No. 815, 809, 813, 820, 821, 828 and 829 in the area of OD No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski,

Rump. No. 3: Naw. sidewalk/ditch paths. in m. Parczew in the course of Dr. Woj. No. 813, 815, 819 and intervention on ter. department. OD No. 1 in Parczew,

Rump. No. 4: Naw. sidewalk/ditch paths. along the dr. voivodship No. 820 (section Rogóźno - Podzamcze) and intervention on the ter. department. OD No. 1 in Parczew,

Rump. No. 5: Naw. sidewalk/ditch paths. During Dr. Woj. No. 828 and 829 and intervention on ter. department. OD No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski.

2. SIMILAR SERVICES:

Services listed above (tasks No. 2, 3, 4, 5) to the extent not exceeding 80% of the basic order (in value) for each of tasks 2 ÷ 5.

Ex. Slippery and slippery Dr. Woj. 815, 809, 813, 820, 821, 828 and 829 per ter. Road Circuit No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski, from the point of dispatch. – the seat of OD No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski

1. The subject of the order is:

Provision of services related to winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter road maintenance seasons: 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. combating slippery slopes and snow removal in accordance with the following:

Task No. 2: Performance of the order consisting in combating slippery conditions and clearing snow from provincial roads No. 815, 809, 813, 820, 821, 828 and 829 in the Road Circuit No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski, from the dispatch point – the headquarters of OD No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski,

2. The Ordering Party for the above croup reserves the right to reduce the scope of orders and change the maximum number of contracted hours between individual equipment units according to the actual needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions or the condition of the surface of provincial roads, without changing the maximum remuneration, within the whole Task, i.e. within all seasons.

The minimum remuneration of the Contractor resulting from the reduction of the scope of the subject of the contract referred to in point 2.1 shall not be less than 25% of the maximum value of the remuneration of a given task.

3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract in accordance with the technical specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter road maintenance equipment, constituting an Annex to the SWZ and in a manner guaranteeing the proper quality of the services provided.

Services should be provided in accordance with applicable law, in particular with:

a) the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 645, as amended);

(b) the Law of 27 April 2001. Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2556, as amended);

c) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended);

d) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

(e) the Law of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047).

4. The Contracting Authority may make the following devices available to the Contractor: accessories (snow ploughshares) in accordance with the provisions in the bill of quantities for the above task – to be mounted on the Contractor's carriers.

5. The scope of services includes:

a) combating slippery slopes and clearing snow from roads in accordance with ZUD standards set by the Ordering Party (constituting an attachment to the Technical Specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter road maintenance equipment) and bills of quantities.

b) maintaining the equipment planned for the implementation of the Agreement and its operation in the period from 30 October, successively in 2023, 2024, 2025, to the end of the provision of services covered by the Agreement in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

c) ensuring direct communication with the operation of the equipment used to perform the Agreement, in order to provide the staff with instructions by persons authorized by the Ordering Party and immediately provide information by this service about: the current state of road passability, the time of commencement and end of services on individual road sections, hazards caused by weather conditions, other events noticed on the road.

d) making the equipment available to enable the Contracting entity to control its preparation at the place and time indicated by the Contracting entity, after the Contractor has reported its readiness, in accordance with point III.7 of the Technical Specification.

e) providing, at its own expense and through their own efforts, the ongoing and repair and renovation service of equipment provided for the provision of services covered by the Agreement

f) performing at its own expense and by own efforts the maintenance of the Ordering Party's equipment (ploughs), if it was used in the implementation of the contract (cleaning from rust, painting, restoring efficiency) and return to the RDW in Parczew.

Ex. Slippery and slippery Naw. sidewalks/bicycle paths in the town of Parczew in the course of Dr. Woj. No. 813, 815, 819 and intervention on ter. activities of the Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew

1. The subject of the order is:

Task No. 3: Execution of the order consisting in combating slippery and clearing snow pavements / bicycle paths in the city of Parczew along provincial roads No. 813, 815, 819 and intervention in the area of operation of Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew

2. Task No. 4: Execution of the order consisting in combating slippery and clearing snow from pavements / bicycle paths as an intervention along the provincial road No. 820 (section Rogóźno – Podzamcze) and in the area of operation of the Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew - from the dispatch point - the seat of Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew.

2. Task No. 5: Performance of the contract consisting in combating slippery and clearing snow from pavements / bicycle paths as an intervention along the provincial road No. 828; Episode in m. Jawidz and No. 829; section Łucka - Jawidz and in the area of operation of Road Circuit No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski - from the dispatch point - the seat of Road Circuit No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski.

2.
