The contract is for the supply of material intended for the interior and exterior signage of the buildings of the institutions of the Union, the provision of printing services on various visual media (signage and graphic decorations) and the provision of installation services for the same within the aforementioned buildings.

Associated services, such as removal, handling, studies, graphics, photography and processing of graphic files are also part of the contract.

The supplies and implementation of the related services are intended primarily for the Brussels-Capital Region and, secondarily, for Luxembourg and Strasbourg.
