The framework agreement has two components: Part A: Maintenance of the green spaces of the sites managed by the economic real estate department of Nantes Métropole Aménagement. These sites are made up of real estate complexes with a tertiary, commercial and/or craft vocation. Maintenance is almost exclusively focused on outdoor green spaces - Firm order Part B: Punctual maintenance of various sites (public spaces, park, car park, vacant land, etc.) as part of the development operations carried out by Nantes Métropole Aménagement - Orders as and when needed within the framework of purchase orders

Provision of green space maintenance servicesPursuant to Article L2113-12 of the French Public Procurement Code, this contract is reserved for structures in the Sheltered and Adapted work sector; adapted companies referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, establishments and services for assistance through work referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families as well as equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation at 50%, of disabled workers who, because of the nature or seriousness of their impairments, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions
