The framework agreement covers building automation for control and monitoring of the Client's systems CTS and SCADA C/Q at the SSI campus. Including development and troubleshooting, control of climate, lighting, sources of supply (electricity, water, gas), security and access control, energy monitoring and operational monitoring. The framework agreement also covers smaller projects where the services have a total value of less than DKK 1,000,000 excl. VAT.

The framework agreement, including selected provisions from AB18 Simplified, constitutes the contractual basis between the parties. In projects above DKK 100,000, AB18 Simplified with applicable derogations in accordance with Appendix 8 can be chosen as the basis for agreement.

The framework agreement will enter into force on 1 May 2024.

The tender includes a framework agreement for building automation for Statens Serum Institut. Statens Serum Institut has a total area of about 110,000 m2 with about 75 different buildings. The work includes building automation for control and monitoring of the Client's systems on campus. This includes control of climate, lighting, sources of supply (electricity, water, gas), security and access control, energy monitoring and operational monitoring.

Due to the risk of spreading infectious diseases, there are special quarantine requirements in connection with contact with rodents and the Supplier's employees are obliged to undergo the SSI's vaccination programme and associated health examinations.

The framework agreement also covers projects where the services have a total value of less than DKK 1,000,000 excl. VAT.
