The treasury service referred to in this Convention has as its object the whole of operations related to the financial management of the Body relating to the collection of revenue, the payment of expenses, the custody of securities and values and all the other obligations provided for by the legislative, regulatory and conventional provisions of reference, to be carried out in compliance with the legislation in force time by time and what is contained in the convention scheme.
