Oslo municipality, c/o the Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities (KID), henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest concerning the framework agreement with a contractor for snow transportation and smaller contractor works in Holmenkollen National Ski Arena. The Contracting Authority administers and operates the Holmenkollen National Ski Arena and requires assistance from a contractor that can distribute artificial snow in the tracks during winters, and implementation of operational measures during summers, which requires excavation and transportation of masses, etc.
