Supply of a leveling, aligning and tamping machine and related full service maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary maintenance)

The contract consists in the supply of a leveling, aligning and tamping machine and related full-service maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary maintenance).

The delivery of the operating machine must take place within 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of signing the contract.

In addition to the supply of the machine, the successful bidder must undertake to guarantee the full service maintenance service (ordinary and extraordinary maintenance) for a period of 9 years from the date of the "Notification of Acceptance".

For the award of the contract is estimated the amount of € 8,509,723.88 (euro eight million, five hundred and nine thousand, seven hundred and twenty-three/88), plus VAT, divided as follows:

• € 7,630,000.00 plus VAT, per body, for the execution of the supply of the aligning and tamping machine including towing approval and AIMS activities;

• € 162,000.00 plus VAT, to measure, for the execution of ordinary maintenance;

• € 700,000.00 plus VAT, to measure, for the execution of extraordinary maintenance, including the visit with a rise of € 200,000.00;

• € 17,723.88 plus VAT, as security charges not subject to reduction.

Incidence of labor costs: € 250,000.00
