1. The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance level P4.2 activities of the rail bus SA103-007 together with additional works. The basis for performing additional works, as well as for receiving remuneration for them, is a protocol confirmed by the Acceptance Commissioner confirming the need to perform additional work constituting Annex 6 to the contract.

2. The Contractor undertakes to perform services to the extent provided for in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU), Technical documentation of the traction vehicle, valid in POLREGIO S.A. for SA103 series vehicles.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including detailed conditions for the performance of the contract, is included in Appendix 9

to the SWZ, constituting a model contract on the contract, including Annex 1 to the Agreement.

4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the current DSU and the Instruction on the Maintenance of Railway Vehicles with Pt-5 drive.

5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
