Oslo Municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 'K220 Ground work — new Tøyen Swimming Pool'. The procurement comprises a contract for ground work for the establishment of the new Tøyen swimming pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The ground work contract will start after the demolition contract has ended, and will include ground work including piles and foundations. The work will be completed when the construction contract starts, so the final outdoor work is not included in the contract. There will be some overlap with the construction contractor. Site roads and fences, etc., will be established by others before the ground work is started. The ground work contractor must provide the rigging for their work including barracks with facilities for both genders.

The contract is subject to sufficient budget resources. An application has been submitted for a framework permit for the project, the contracting authority makes reservations on a framework permit being granted.
