The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in granting and servicing a PLN long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,226,704 (in words: four million two hundred twenty six thousand seven hundred and four zlotys) for financing the planned budget deficit of the Łochów commune and for repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and loans.

The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in granting and servicing a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 4,226,704 (in words: four million two hundred twenty six thousand seven hundred and four zlotys) for financing the planned budget deficit of the Łochów commune and for repayment of liabilities previously incurred loans and advances.

2. A loan in the amount of PLN 1 990 331 (in words: one million nine hundred and ninety thousand three hundred and thirty-one zlotys) will be taken to finance the planned budget deficit of the Łochów Commune in 2019, with the purpose of own contribution to finance tasks with the resources referred to in art. 5 paragraph 1 item 2 and 3 of the Public Finance Act, i.e. for investment tasks:

1) Supplementing water and sewage management in the Łochów commune;

2) Development of the green areas of Łochów by creating the "Dębinka" city park;

3) Improving the quality of the urban environment and mobility of residents through the construction of a transfer node in Łochów.

3. A loan in the amount of PLN 2,236,373 (in words: two million two hundred and thirty six thousand three hundred and seventy-three zlotys) shall be allocated to repayment of loans and advances contracted previously.

4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.

5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the ToR and the documents attached thereto, the offer submitted and applicable law, maintaining the highest professional level.

6. The Awarding Entity does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform key parts of the contract in person.

7. The Awarding Entity does not specify the requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing activities in the field of performance of the subject of the contract pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL Act.
