4.1 The subject of this contract is:

"Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Złocieniec - Wodnik"

According to the "Contract Conditions for the Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Employer (FIDIC 1999, first edition 1999)". The text applies in Polish,

The contract is divided into two parts:

4.1.1 Part I sewage system containing modernization and construction of the following facilities (specified in SIWZ point 4.1.1)

4.1.2 Part II sedimentary containing the structure of the following objects (specified in SIWZ point 4.1.2)

4.2. Description of the subject and scope of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the contract - Description of the object of the contract.

Part I - sewage containing modernization and construction of the following facilities:

- extension of the mechanical sewage treatment building construction AND

- construction of pre-treated sewage pumping station No. 21

- catalytic filters at the pre-treated sewage pumping station No. 20

- superstructure of the F technical building

- measuring wells ob. No. 34

- expansion chamber, overflow chamber, measuring channel, renovation works

- renovation works of the preliminary settler No. 13

- construction of the predenitrification chamber of ob. No. 36

- renovation of the chapter chamber No. 35

- modernization of the biological reactor 0b. No. 14

- modernization of blowers station No. 7

- modernization of the coagulant dosing station No. 8

- renovation of secondary settling tanks No. 17

- construction of a buffer tank of purified water in ob. No. 33

- construction of recirculating pumping station No. 37

- renovation of the retention reservoir No. 16

- modernization of the emergency pumping station for OBF sediments No. 19

- bodyweight sludge thickener No. 27

- modernization of the transformer station No. 11

- technological pipelines serving the above-mentioned objects

- electrical and I & C installations for listed facilities

- walk on foot at the A building

- elements of treatment plant management (fences and gates)

- construction of building D with two-stage sludge processing

- construction of a shed with a mass of sludge transported to No. 5

- construction of a silo for lime No. 23

- construction of catalytic filters ob. No. 20

- pedestrian walkways at the D building

- assembly of the generating set in ob. No. 12 with its adaptation to the new function

- technological pipelines serving the above-mentioned objects

- electrical and I & C installations for listed facilities
