1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service at the facilities of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98 in Gdynia, comprehensive maintenance of the cleanliness of the area around the facilities of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98 in Gdynia, comprehensive cleanliness maintenance at the Park Konstruktorów facility located at ul. Czechosłowacka 3 in Gdynia along with keeping the outside area clean.

2. The contract consists of three parts: A, B, C. The contractor may submit an offer for all or parts of the contract chosen by him.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Employer in terms of its implementation, respectively for each lot are included in the tender documentation, in particular in the descriptions of the subject of the contract constituting Annexes 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D to the ToR.

Part A includes a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service at the facilities of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98 in the scope of: cleaning rooms and areas in buildings I, II, III, IV PPNT Gdynia and cleaning the premises of the PPNT Gdynia Laboratory in building I I PPNT Gdynia. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the tender documentation. in particular in Annex No. 11A to the ToR "Material provisions of the contract" and Annexes No. 9A to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".

Part B includes the service of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness of the area around the facilities of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98 in Gdynia in the scope of: maintaining the cleanliness of the external area along with snow removal, facade cleaning, snow removal and roof cleaning. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements in terms of its implementation is specified in the tender documentation, in particular in Annex 11B to the ToR "Material provisions of the contract" and Annex 9B to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".

Part C includes a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service at Park Konstruktorów at ul. Czechosłowacka 3 in Gdynia, along with maintaining the cleanliness of the external area in the scope of: cleaning the premises and surfaces inside the building, maintaining the cleanliness of the external area, cleaning windows and facades; snow removal and roof cleaning. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Employer in terms of its implementation is specified in the tender documentation, in particular in Annex No. 11C to the ToR "Essential Contract Provisions" and Annex No. 9C to the ToR "Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract".
