Niederstetten, Hermann-Köhl-Kaserne, new building U-building 52, engineering services according to part 4 section 2 HOAI

In the construction project "new building accommodation building 52" and "new building accommodation building 53" are for housing the "7. Staffel TrspHubschrgt 30 "built a total of 128 residential units. These are divided into the two buildings with 66 residential units each. The two building plots are located in the Hermann Köhl barracks of the Bundeswehr in Niederstetten side by side.

For the planning of the service phases 5 to 8 for the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary and building automation (KG 410, 420 and 544, 430 as well as 480 according to DIN 276) an engineering office is searched. Until the planning of the design (service phase 3), the construction project was planned by the State Building Authority Schwäbisch Hall.
