This contract consists of the recruitment of a design office capable of supporting the services of the syndicate in the renewal of two operating contracts that are expiring. Following the implementation of an inventory and outlook study that has just been completed, the main legal and technical-economic lines are known, even if it is necessary to decide by deliberative, the management method chosen on Ti Valo and the final sizing of the new UVE project on PLANGUENOUAL, by mid-March 2023. is requested from the firm, support in the drafting of the respective ELDs, the follow-up of the procedure from the launch to the actual signature of the contract. Optionally, it is also proposed to carry out a carbon assessment and monitor the 1st year of the contract and the work carried out on the two sites.
