The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food vouchers for the customers of the Municipal Social Assistance Center in Radom, with a nominal value and purchase value of PLN 8.00, in an amount not exceeding 144,000, possible to be implemented within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radom, within not less than 6 months from the day of their delivery to the seat of the Employer and signing the acceptance protocol by him.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (SIWZ).

1. The subject of the order is the gradual delivery of food vouchers with a nominal value and purchase value of PLN 8.00, in an amount not exceeding 144,000 items for the purchase of hot meals (dinners) in gastronomic establishments and ready meals, meals and groceries in commercial establishments.

2. The number of vouchers provided by the Ordering Party is the maximum amount expected to be implemented throughout the entire duration of this contract. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the order by a maximum of 80%, depending on the number of issued decisions.

3. All vouchers delivered must be in paper form. Each voucher should contain the following clause: "Excluding alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and industrial goods", as well as a print indicating the nominal value of the voucher.

4. Vouchers will be possible to be implemented within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radom within a period of not less than 6 months from the date of their delivery to the seat of the Employer and signing the acceptance protocol by him.

5. Food vouchers must be able to make purchases, with the exception of alcoholic products, tobacco products and industrial goods:

a) hot meals - in a minimum of 5 catering establishments located in the city of Radom, and

b) ready meals and dishes - in a minimum of 5 commercial outlets located in the city of Radom, as well as

c) food products, in particular such as: dairy products, bread, sausages, raw meat, vegetables, fruit - in a minimum of 5 retail outlets located in the city of Radom.
