a) transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:
- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,
- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,
- unloading Shipments containing Postal Consignments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.
2. Detailed description of the implementation of the service F: The area where the places of receipt (collection) of shipments are located, the date of acceptance for transport of shipments, the place of unloading of accepted shipments and the date of unloading accepted shipments are described in the "Schedule for the implementation of service F", constituting Annex 1 to the model contract (for each part, respectively) constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Provision of service F in Krakow – (district: Podgórze Duchackie, Prokocim-Bieżanów, Podgórze, Stare Miasto, Grzegórzki) Kraków district (Słomniki, Sułoszowa, Skała, Jerzmanowice-Przeginia communes)1. The subject of the contract is the provision of service F for the Distribution Region Krakow – a service consisting in:
a) transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:
- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,
- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,
- unloading Shipments containing Postal Consignments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.
2. Detailed description of the implementation of the service F: The area where the places of receipt (collection) of shipments are located, the date of acceptance for transport of shipments, the place of unloading of accepted shipments and the date of unloading accepted shipments are described in the "Schedule for the implementation of service F", constituting Annex 1 to the model contract (for each part, respectively) constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The maximum number of points handled (with option rights) is 57,000.
The number of served points covered by the so-called basic order 39 900.
3. Based on the experience possessed, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper performance of the service it is necessary to have the following minimum number of cars:
Category Ia - 7 pcs
Category Ib - 4 pcs
4. All cars designated by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the model contract: Technical and utility parameters of vehicles.
5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract directly pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, in particular if it is necessary to continue the contract to secure the needs of the Contracting Authority, in particular when the amount specified in the contract is exhausted or the period expires, for which the contract was concluded.
5.1. Orders shall be awarded under the conditions described in the Description of the subject of the contract with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the contract and the contract template attached to the SWZ.
5.2. The total period of performance of contracts awarded pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed a period of 6 months.
5.3. The award of the contract pursuant to Article 388 point 2 letter c of the Public Procurement Law shall be conditional on:
• proper performance of the basic contract by the Contractor,
• the Ordering Party's disposal of financial resources for its implementation.
5.4. Pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority will award the contract on the terms resulting from the model contract attached to the SWZ, while the subject of negotiations with the Contractor will be, in particular, the price for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
5.5. The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the basic order and will include the volume:
for parts 1 – 28 500 pcs. services, including:
- guaranteed quantities: 19 950 pcs. service, right of option: 8 550 pcs. service
Provision of service F in the city of Krakow (districts: Bronowice, Zwierzyniec, Krowodrza) and the district of Krakow (gm. Krzeszowice, Zabierzów, Wielka Wieś, Jerzmanowice Przeginia)1. a) transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,
- unloading Shipments containing Postal Consignments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.
