The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for printing devices for the 43rd Military Economic Branch in Świętoszów.

The detailed scope and manner of execution as well as the characteristics of the subject of the contract are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the price form Appendix No. 8 and Annex No. 9.

The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for printing devices for the 43rd Military Economic Branch in Świętoszów in accordance with the price form Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The subject of the order should be delivered in brand new, original manufacturer's packaging with a description of the contents and specification of the delivered assortment, as well as with the security measures appropriate by the manufacturer (protective strips against spilling, dirt, etc.) Delivered products (new, first category, year of manufacture consistent with the year of delivery) must meet the quality requirements confirmed by the manufacturer in the full quality assurance system used during design, production, testing and final inspection of products.

The materials supplied must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, brand new, having all the manufacturer's protection (tapes, holograms, etc.). Detailed description in Annex 7 to the OPZ.
