For reasons of capacity and efficiency, some of the analyzes are not carried out in-house by the contracting authority. This concerns the analyzes mentioned in part A (see appendix 4). These analyzes include:

1. General assays, including for example glyfampa, lower fatty acids (C2-C5) and hormones;

2. PFAS soil;

3. PFAS water.

The Framework Agreement to be concluded has an initial term of two years and starts on 8.3.2021 and ends on 7.3.2023, with the option for the contracting authority to extend this contract twice (unilaterally) by one year until 7.3 at the latest. 2025 (so two + one + one). The draft Framework Agreement is enclosed in Appendix 5.

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) supplier for the performance of said analyzes by means of a European public procedure.
