Daily (at least weekly) cleaning work based on action-oriented cleaning. These are the activities with a minimum frequency of 1x per week;

Periodic (floor) maintenance. These are the activities that must be carried out less than 1x per week;

Additional cleaning

Additional work. These are cleaning activities that fall outside the daily cleaning (as described in 1.) and that differ per location;

Window cleaning of façade and separation glass, roof domes and cladding;

Directing work. These are activities that do not have a fixed frequency but are carried out on demand;

Ordering, stock management and refilling of sanitary products.

Hiring cleaning staff to support cleaning staff in Kentalis' own service (approx. 6.8 FTE).
