Enter into an agreement with a partner implementing the HR SaaS Successfactors management solution for the Talents modules.
This agreement consists of transferring the processes supporting recruitment and training from a monolithic SAP ECC6 system to the Cloud Successfactors solution.
The contracting authority wishes to select candidates in order to conclude an agreement with an implementation partner in order to integrate the HR Talent processes into the SaaS Successfactors solution. This project is one of the applications of the Magellan program which consists in transforming the internal processes of STIB and the ERP supporting them into a more modern and efficient landscape. Successfactors is part of the SAP suite, which allows STIB to promote its acquisition as an “Upgrade” of its current systems. STIB however needs external help for its implementation.
The publication of the specifications will be accompanied by a relatively detailed analysis of the needs of STIB. This analysis will have been carried out on the basis of a FIT / GAP analysis exercise comparing the STIB processes and the standard Successfactors functionalities for several Talent modules. The STIB asks for a fixed price discount for this part.
In order to be able to absorb changes requested by the business during the project, STIB wishes to work under a capped management system. STIB will ask the selected candidates to provide a fixed price and in addition a price list at the hourly rate on the basis of the profiles required for any additional modules.
For the integration of the modules described in the analysis, the services must include (fixed price and capped management):
- establishment of an interface between the master data of the ERP in place (SAP ECC6) and Successfactors;
- the organization of tests relating to this interface;
- on the basis of an analysis defining the need in more detail in the specifications, analysis and proposal of suitable solutions;
- on the basis of framed change requests and not forming part of the initial analysis, propose solutions that fit into what has already been done, deviating as little as possible from the standard;
- organization of tests relating to implementations;
- the transfer of data from previous old systems to Successfactors;
- the delivery of documentation allowing users to better navigate in the tool;
- organization of training for users;
- organization of training for key-users and delivery of technical documentation allowing easy maintenance after implementation;
- support in putting into production and during the hypercare phase (one year after provisional acceptance).
The services do not include:
- services related to the use of SaaS succesfactors licenses;
- services related to the installation of Saas successfactors licenses (installation on the infrastructure in the cloud);
- maintenance of the post-implementation tool.
The integrator must first ensure that this infrastructure is functioning correctly before starting its services.
