The subject of the contract includes the service:

1) Property insurance against all risks (AR)

2) Business Interruption Insurance (BI)

3) Electronic Equipment All-Risk Insurance (EEI)

4) Business Interruption Insurance for Damage to Electronic Equipment (ELoP)

5) Insurance of machinery and equipment against damage due to failure (MB)

6) Insurance of business interruption due to failure of machinery and equipment (MloP)

7) Third-party liability insurance.

Other requirements related to the subject matter of the contract are set out in the Model Agreement (Volume II of the Terms of Reference) and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Volume III of the Terms of Reference).

The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract within 24 months, with the proviso that not earlier than from 30.01.2024.
