Renovation and adaptation of Norrköping City Hall built between 1907-1910. The building is a listed building according to KML (Cultural Environment Act), which is the strongest legal protection a building can have in Sweden. The building is also designated as particularly valuable according to PBL in Norrköping municipality. Of which work is subject to a permit from the County Administrative Board (permits are provided by the client).

The project concerns interior and exterior renovation with partly new floor plans, surface layers, installations, lightning protection, café kitchen, window renovation, painting of stairwells, outdoor environment ink drainage and external VA work, etc. Roof replacement incl. sheet metal details and replacement of gutter valleys are given as options (refers to construction contracts).
