The subject of the contract is the supply of mineral water for the purposes of the State Water Farm Polskie — Regional Water Management Board in Kraków, broken down into 6 parts. 2. Detailed descriptions of the object of the contract, including quantities of the individual assortment, conditions for the implementation of the contract for each of the parts and places of supply are set out in Annexes 2A to 2F to SWZ — Detailed description of the subject of the order.

Mineral water supply for the State Water Farm Polish Regional Water Management Board in Kraków

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of mineral water for the Polish State Water Farm — Regional Water Management Board in Kraków.

2) The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the location of the Regional Water Management Board in Krakow at 22 Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, 31-109 Kraków and at 2 Zamkowa Street, Kraków.

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The object of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order into the interior of the facility:

— at 22 Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, 31-109 Krakow to ground floor level (7 stairs lead to the ground floor level; in front of the entrance to the building there is an elevation of about 16 cm),

— in the location at Zamkowa Street 2: the dimensions of the delivery vehicle should be adjusted to the communication conditions of the access to the storage area: a tight turn from Konopnicka Street to Zamkowa Street, the width of the direct access road approx. 4.5 m limited to about 2 m by parking along it vehicles, limited opportunity to turn back on the shunting plaza in front of the warehouses. The recommended length of the car should not exceed approx. 8 m and width approx. 2 m.

It is necessary to transport the supplied water to a warehouse located inside the building at a distance of about 10 m from the entrance by a width of 80 cm; before entering the building there is a curb and a threshold of approx. 10 cm each.

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will receive the delivered order on the day of delivery.

10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the Contractor, which will be confirmed on the compiled complaint protocol.

11) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to advertise improper quality groceries (mechanical damage, short shelf life, etc.) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods, and the supplier within 10 days of receipt of the complaint must make replacement of improper quality food items.

12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge owned by RZGW in Krakow.

Mineral water supply for the State Water Farm Polish Water Board of the Catchment Board in Kielce

1) The subject of the order is the supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm of Polskie — the Board of the Catchment in Kielce.

2) The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the location of the Catering Board in Kielce at Robotnicza Street 5, 25 — 662 Kielce;

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The item of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order into the interior of the object to level 0 (possible entry by hand carriage with pallet).

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.

10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the Contractor, which will be confirmed on the compiled complaint protocol.

11) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to advertise improper quality groceries (mechanical damage, short shelf life, etc.) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods, and the supplier within 10 days of receipt of the complaint must make replacement of improper quality food items.

12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless in the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge the property of ZZ in Kielce.

Mineral water supply for the State Water Farm Polish Water Board of the Catchment Board in Kraków

1) the subject of the contract is the supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm of Poland — the Board of the Catchment in Kraków.

2) The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the Ordering Party to the location of the Catchment Board in Kryspinowo 278 gm. Liszki or Góra Jałowcowa Street 1, Dobczyce.

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The object of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order into the interior of the facility:

a. In both locations, unloading to warehouses, lack of ramps, possibility of carrying a palette of the so-called “finger”. No stairs, thresholds, etc.

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.

10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the Contractor, which will be confirmed on the compiled complaint protocol.

11) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to advertise improper quality groceries (mechanical damage, short shelf life, etc.) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods, and the supplier within 10 days of receipt of the complaint must make replacement of improper quality food items.

12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge the property of ZZ in Krakow.

Mineral water supply for the State Water Farm Polish Water Board of the Water Catchment Board in Nowy Sącz

1) The subject of the order is the supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm Polskie — the Board of the Water Catchment in Nowy Sącz.

2) The Contractor will deliver the object of the order to the location of the Catchment Board in Nowy Sącz at 31 Naściszowska Street, 33-300 Nowy Sącz.

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The object of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order into the interior of the facility:

(a) to the garage level of the building of the head office of the Catchment Board in Nowy Sącz, 31 Naściszowska Street, 33-300 Nowy Sącz (on the garage level leads a sloping exit).

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.

10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the Contractor, which will be confirmed on the compiled complaint protocol.

11) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to advertise improper quality groceries (mechanical damage, short shelf life, etc.) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods, and the supplier within 10 days of receipt of the complaint must make replacement of improper quality food items.

12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge the property of ZZ in Nowy Sącz.

Supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm Polish Water Catchment Board in Sandomierz

1) The subject of the order is the supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm Polskie — the Water Catchment Board in Sandomierz.

2) The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the Contracting Authority to the location of Water Supervision in Sandomierz, 14 Staromiejska Street, 27-600 Sandomierz.

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The item of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order to the interior of the object to level 0.

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.

12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge the property of ZZ in Sandomierz.

Mineral water supply for the State Water Farm Polish Water Board of the Water Catchment Board in Żywiec

1) The subject of the order is the supply of mineral water for the State Water Farm of Poland — the Board of the Catchment in Żyiec.

2) The Contractor will deliver the object of the order to the Ordering Party to the location of the Catchment Board in Żyiec, Warehouse in Czernichiv, Krakowska Street, 34-311 Czernichów (near Żyvc).

3) The Contractor shall supply the ordered batch of water each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the Contracting Representative.

4) Delivery will be made on the working days Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 after the Ordering Party has been informed by e-mail or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.

5) The object of the order will be unloaded by the Contractor at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the placing of the order into the interior of the facility:

(a) Board of the Catchment in Żyvc, warehouse in Czernichiv, street Krakowska bn, 34-311 Czernichów (near Życ), ascending/transporting on the pallet to the storage room. There is a storage ramp in front of the warehouse.

6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.

7) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority shall charge the Contractor and shall not constitute the basis for additional duties for the Contractor.

8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.

9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.

10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the Contractor, which will be confirmed on the compiled complaint protocol.
