The subject of this tender award unit (VE) 3.6 are planning and construction services for the construction and commissioning of the water-steam cycle including batch control technology and plant steel construction. The aforementioned facilities are part of a new Centre for Resources and Energy (ZRE) to be built. The two combined heat and power plants (CHP) of the ZRE are to be operated 7 days/week and 24 h/day. Revisions are planned for the summer months. Both CHP plants should achieve a minimum availability of 8000 h/a.
