Description:

The products and services under this contract are:

— software: central software (AEOS BLUE) and the additional modules required,

— licences: central software licences and all the modules required for the overall system (ISMS) to run smoothly and integrate with the various equipment,

— support and maintenance: updates, corrective maintenance and essential adaptations for the central software and all of its modules,

— on-site and remote consultancy: consultancy and expert services for the installation, operational maintenance, updates, dimensioning and validation of the facilities or any other assistance with regard to the product's roll-out,

— on-site training: of technical teams and security personnel in the stages of the product's use, installation, operation and monitoring,

— miscellaneous: various sundry equipment needed for the project to be carried out effectively.
