1. The subject of the contract is the service of designing, comprehensive construction and equipment of the exhibition stand with an area of about 50 square meters. for the international investment and real estate fair EXPO REAL 2022, which will be held in Munich, Germany, on October 4-6, 2022.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the OPZ (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the template of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).

3. The Ordering Party requires the booth to meet the availability requirements for disabled persons and is designed for all users.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The contract has no parts that could be separated. The construction of the stand, due to the consistency of the concept and coordination of activities related to its assembly, must be carried out by one contractor for economic and organizational reasons.

Contractors who can apply for the contract:

1.1. the following shall not be excluded:

1.1.1. pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL Act,

1.1.2. pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835)

1.1.3. pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L ..., p. EU No L 229, 31.7.2014, p. 1).
