1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of triple up-down containers for blood collection, storage and preparation, UKKP decanting kits from leukocyte-platelet sheepskin coats and laboratory filters for removing leukocytes from KCz to the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Łódź, divided into three Packages (parts).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 10 to the SWZ.
3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).
