Bromford is looking for a single supplier to provide legionella risk assessment services across its applicable properties. More information provided in the ITT documentation.

The objective of this procurement is to deliver a rolling 2 year Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA) programme across the entire Bromford portfolio which currently consist of approx. 156 sites (subject to change). It also includes all relevant areas of Bromford responsibility within all medium/high risk sites, which may also include a number of domestic areas such as flats/private dwellings, depending on the type of water system distribution present at each site. Bromford strategy is to undertake assessments on a two yearly cycle.
