OFROU plans to maintain the substance on the Villars-Ste-Croix - Vennes section (N09-km 1.150 to 7.190) by means of early measures. The maintenance strategy for this section is the targeted sanitation of the infrastructure (work planned between 2023 and 2026) so as to ensure that no intervention is necessary during the construction of the large-scale OFROU sites located in the agglomeration. Lausanne – Morges.

The services of this contract correspond to the services of a project author and local management of APR DLT works in the T / U, K, T / G and environment fields for the following phases:

Intervention concept (MK): K + T / G structures only;

Analysis of variants without establishment of MK for certain particular domains (T / U);

Intervention project (MP);

Calls for tenders, comparison and bidding proposal AO;

Execution documents (EX);

Execution of measures (RE);

Commissioning and Completion (MS).
