The Evangelische Hochschule Berlin is being energetically renovated. This is a listed building complex, which consists of a total of six houses (A to F). The SFIVET's teaching and administration rooms are located in the buildings. During the renovation work, the university is fully operational.

Creation of three heating centres including pipe network and installation parts, delivery and installation of one CHP module. Connect 3 heating circuit distributors with outlets to existing pipe network and local heating network. The execution takes place in 3 construction phases.
