Lot 6The client intends to expand the passive fiber optic network existing in the district in several lots. The project includes the laying of ducts for fiber optic cables and their assembly with fiber optic cables including cable assembly work in public and private land.
The delivery of the material required for this purpose is not subject to the present tender unless expressly stated otherwise in the SOW. However, the contractor is obliged to accept the material from the supplier identified by the customer and pay to it based on the framework agreement attached to this tender. He may, in turn, settle the purchase price against the client in a ratio of 1:1.
