NASA GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. In the state order, NASA GmbH plans, orders and pays for local passenger rail transport (SPNV) in Saxony-Anhalt. The subject of this award is engineering and project services in the areas of passenger information and distribution systems.

The following activities are part of the service:

- Reinforcement of NASA GmbH by experienced project staff on site,

- participation in the technical system operation of the information system (quality manager),

- monitoring / controlling of sub-projects for the expansion and extension of the information system and, if necessary, elaboration of supplementary concepts,

- Analysis and optimization of existing work processes for the real-time data systems,

- Communication with all parties involved (NASA GmbH, transport companies, public transport authorities and system suppliers) and

- Definition of technical requirements and preparation and implementation of procurement procedures.

Lot A contains the following work packages (AP) 1.1, 1.2, 3.1, 3.2, 4 and 5:

Lot B includes WP 2: Assistance in re-awarding a nationwide tariff calculator.
