1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel oil (light) for the scientific and research vessel s/y "Oceania", carried out at the Port of Gdansk. 2. The proceedings repeat the procedure no. IO/ZP/2/2023 in the scope of Package I. 3. Maximum order quantity: 186 000 liters of diesel fuel; place of delivery: Port of Gdansk, grain quay, Starowiślna 1. 4. Diesel fuel shall meet the requirements set for marine fuels of light categories ISO-F-DMA according to the international standard ISO 8217:2017 (E). The hydrogen sulphide content in the liquid phase must not exceed 0,5 mg/kg, the sulphur content must not exceed 0,1 % m/m and the density measured at 15 °C must be between 820,0 and 840,0 kg/m3. The Ordering Party allows the offering of marine fuel corresponding to the standard equivalent to the ISO 8217:2017 standard (E). The equivalent solution must have at least the same parameters as those specified in the referenced standard. 4. Notwithstanding the above, diesel fuel supplied under this contract shall be free from contamination and adapted to the season and weather conditions of the place of delivery. This means, m.in, that diesel oil supplied in the period from November 1 to March 31 should have parameters not worse than: 1) pour point: minus 18oC, 2) cold filter blocking temperature: minus 4oC. 5. The Contractor shall be obliged to present and submit to the Contracting Entity at each delivery a quality certificate in Polish, issued by a specialized laboratory, confirming the compliance of oil parameters with the requirements of the international standard ISO 8217: 2017 (E) or equivalent in its full scope. 6. Deliveries will be made successively depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The one-off delivery will include between 6,000 and 45,000 litres of diesel. 7. The Ordering Party (Shipowner) shall each time agree with the supplier the exact delivery date and quantity of diesel oil. Delivery will be agreed by telephone, confirmation by fax or e-mail (as requested by the supplier). 8. The shipowner has an AKC-PR document – confirmation of the registration declaration in the Customs Office in the field of excise duty. The marine fuel at issue in these proceedings is exempt from excise duty on delivery. 9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order a smaller amount of fuel, but not more than by 30% of the quantity constituting the subject of the order. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect. 10. A detailed description can be found in Chapter III of the SWZ.
