Sports hall De Uutvlog in Bathmen is outdated, no longer meets the current requirements and does not have the capacity needed for the current and expected (future) occupancy. The sports hall must therefore be replaced. The municipality of Deventer, in collaboration with the Bathmen Sports Facilities initiative group, has carried out research into a new sports hall for the village. Based on this research, it was decided to realize a new, energy-neutral sports hall (3 room parts) with a multifunctional hall and supporting functions (stand, changing rooms indoor and outdoor sports, storage room, sanitary facilities, canteen, kitchen, terrace, meeting room, physio room, etc.) on, and to fit into, the existing, national sports park. A spatial-functional and a technical program of requirements has been drawn up for this new building.

The Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded must carry out the design work for the new construction of the sports hall.
