1.1. purchase and delivery by the Contractor of Service Packages and Software License Subscriptions for the Devices operated by the Ordering Party;

1.2. purchase and delivery of new Equipment by the Contractor;

1.3. purchase and delivery by the Contractor of Service Packs and Software License Subscriptions for new Devices;

1.4. Activation of Service Packs and Software License Subscriptions.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions and conditions for the execution of the contract (including the description and provisions concerning equivalence) are set out in the Designed Agreement Provisions which are Annex 6 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order (hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”).
