Design/Realization for the Construction of a building of 15 dwellings with Multiprofessional Health House with commerce in the DRC, 17 semi-individual dwellings in home ownership and development of the site in SOISSONS

The operation consists of the construction of a building of 13 T2 dwellings of about 40-45m² and 2 T1 housing of about 25 m² with in the DRC Multiprofessional Health House of about 300m² and trade of more than 250 m² (corner avenue de Pasly / rue Marcotte and trade overlooking Place Lamartine), construction of 17 semi-individual housing type 3 (from 60 to 65 m²) and 4 (from 75 to 85 m²) or type 5 (from 85 to 95 m²) in home ownership (Marcotte Street) and site development. Severability will be possible for large dwellings. Parking will be particularly studied. The project will have to adapt to the presence of archaeological remains. The whole is done within the framework of urban renewal (NPNRU) for which the project must be in line with the City's developments and for which deadlines must be met. The delivery of the works is scheduled for the 1st half of 2026 at the latest. The contract being a global market, in accordance with Article L2171-1 of the Public Order Code it is not subject to the allotment obligation.
