The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of the Culture and Music Education Center in Łąck under the project co-financing agreement entitled: "Construction of the Culture and Music Education Center in Łąck as part of the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Voivodship for 2014-2020". The scope of works includes:

- construction-building and finishing works related to the construction of the building,

- electrical and teletechnical installation works,

- plumbing, central heating, oil boiler room, ventilation and air conditioning works,

- water and sewage connection works,

- land development.

The contracting authority holds a valid building permit, which obtained the final status on 19.1.2017.

The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), bill of quantities (Annexes 8, 9 and 10 to the ToR) and provisions of the ToR.
