Passenger satisfaction survey at S-Bahn Berlin GmbH November 2023 and 2024-2026
In May 2023, the regular customer satisfaction survey was used for the first time as a "preliminary study" for the passenger surveys to be conducted in the future in order to develop an optimal design for the follow-up studies. The design and methodology were redesigned and the impact on the results was evaluated. In November 2023, the regular autumn survey will take place, which will be carried out and executed both as an independent study and, for the first time, with the May results as an annual study. In the following years, the passenger satisfaction studies consist of two survey periods to be carried out in typical traffic periods (May and November), the basis of which is an annual sample. For the realization of these passenger surveys, we are looking for a qualified and suitable service provider.
The subject of the call for tenders is to:
- to carry out the study in November 2023 in the same way as the May study carried out,
- to carry out the annual studies 2024 – 2026 according to analogue methodology and design with an optimized sample, taking into account research economics in excellent quality, and
- carry out the necessary evaluations and calculations.
