The contract includes the implementation and operation of a system for electronic ticket sales and handling tickets, the delivery of the equipment for printing, scanning etc. of tickets in the Concert hall and the Dome hall (Kuppelhallen), as well as training the Contracting Authority's personnel. The system shall include functions for collecting, analysing and strategical application of customer's data.
