Breckland Council require a contractor to digitise the Council’s microfiche. The council have estimated there are approximately 147,000 microfiche jackets to be scanned containing an estimated total of 1,350,000 images. All images need to be indexed and uploaded to a data storage solution. Other documents, including paper documents and possibly further microfiche will need to be digitised and uploaded to the data storage solution on an ad hoc basis.
