The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The contract includes services divided into two distinct bases:-The initial base: for this base, the services provided in the DPGF meet an immediate need of the community and must therefore be implemented as soon as the contract is notified.-The progressive base: for this base, the services will be lifted as the needs of prescribing services emerge. These services contribute to the gradual implementation of a single and harmonized citizen portal. In addition to these two bases, there is an option for similar services, which the community reserves the right to lift or not, relating to the development of a Mobile application containing all the services set up in the proposed solution.
