There is a single delivery location, the central kitchen, but several customers who must be managed individually for the entire service, from ordering to delivery and invoicing. The clients are the central kitchen, the cantous des Oliviers, the cantous des Santons, the cantous de l'Estérel, the cantous des Calanques, the cantous de Villarosa, the cantous de Pleszew, the cantous du Quesnoy, the cantous de Valéa Lunga, the brewery and the exceptional services.

Management software is to be made available to the customer to help him carry out orders and administrative follow-up. This management software also allows the creation of menus and the resulting commands, taking into account diets and allergens.
