This consultation focuses on the realization of R&D works, networks, civil engineering, horizontal signalling, public lighting, green spaces and watering, and furniture and vertical signalling for the purpose of restructuring the space of the Capitou district.

The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code. This is a single contract contract framework agreement with no annual minimum or annual maximum amount.

This batch covers HRT work, networks, civil engineering and horizontal signalling, including:

— the establishment of a construction site installation,

— the carrying out of the execution studies and phases of work,

— the provision, installation and maintenance of temporary site signalling,

— the supply and installation of construction site fences and plastic dividers,

— the removal and resting and/or removal of urban furniture,

— the demolition of masonry works, whether or not reinforced concrete and small civil engineering,

— the realization of earthworks for roads and works of minor arts,

— the realization of civil engineering and minor arts works,

— the realization of the provisional and definitive pavements, all the stone and marble border coverings,

— the realization of network recognition and surveys,

— the implementation of an asbestos removal plan,

— work on asbestos networks, demolition and removal of asbestos pipe,

— removal of abandoned and unpreserved sewerage pipes and EPAs,

— the shutdown of abandoned and preserved EU and EP sewerage pipes,

— the realization of trenches for networks,

— the realization of EP and EU remediation works,

— the supply and installation of drinking water supply pipes,

— the realization of civil engineering of public lighting networks, video/fiber,

— the connections for the watering and washing mouths of the project,

— standby scabbans and HDPE from the primary irrigation system,

— the realization of yellow or white horizontal signalling.

Minimum annual amount excl. VAT: no minimum; maximum annual amount excl. VAT: no maximum.

The estimated total value of Lot 1, i.e. EUR 16 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement is higher than that estimated at the EQD which corresponds only to a percentage of work over the first period.

This batch relates to works for street lighting, including:

— the establishment of temporary lighting,

— the removal of lighting furniture (mast, stock and luminaire) in the right of way of work, including those located on the front and not used,

— the supply and installation of projected street lighting furniture, including supply and installation of massifs,

— the wiring and connection of the public lighting network.

Minimum annual amount excl. VAT: no minimum; maximum annual amount excl. VAT: no maximum.

The estimated total value of Lot 2, i.e. EUR 2 000 000, excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement is greater than that estimated at the EQD which corresponds only to a percentage of work over the first period.

This batch covers works for green spaces and watering, in particular:

— pruning, felling, desoldering and transplanting of trees,

— the supply and planting of planted spaces,

— the supply and installation of watering.

Minimum annual amount excl. VAT: no minimum; maximum annual amount excl. VAT: no maximum.

The estimated total value of Lot 3, i.e. EUR 1 000 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement is higher than that estimated at the EQD which corresponds only to a percentage of work over the first period.

This lot relates to the supply and installation of street furniture and vertical signalling, in particular:

— the supply and installation of street furniture,

— the supply and installation of various urban equipment, and vertical police and directional signalling.

The estimated total value of Lot 4, i.e. EUR 1 000 000 000 excl. VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement is greater than that estimated at the EQD which corresponds only to a percentage of work over the first period.
