The city of Warendorf is planning to convert and expand the Everword elementary school in Warendorf. The aim is to create an extension for the open whole day and to adapt or rebuild the administrative area of the school building. The subject of the present award procedure is the technical planning for the performance profile structural design. The award procedure comprises the service phases 1 to 6, whereby a phased assignment is planned (see Section II.2.11 for details).
