Purchase of a network security management system at the interface with the Internet (construction of the GovNet
xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of a network security management system at the interface with the Internet, also known as the Network Security Module, hereinafter abbreviated as "MBS".
2. The subject of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 includes in particular:
1) delivery of the following safety devices with the indicated functionality:
a) WAN firewalls – firewall network devices – 2 pcs.,
b) management and logging system – devices for managing firewall devices and for storing and managing traffic logs – 2 sets,
c) local SANDBOX system – sandbox devices for analyzing files – 2 sets;
2) delivery of the required number of MBS licenses to enable the use of MBS and the management and monitoring of the security devices and software provided;
3) preparation of a document entitled "Technical Design", which will specify all necessary steps related to the implementation of the required functionalities and integration with existing network elements of the Ordering Party;
4) installation of equipment in two locations in the Warsaw agglomeration, indicated by the Contracting Authority at the stage of developing the Technical Design referred to in point 3;
5) implementation of the supplied devices (configuration, commissioning and integration with the network), in accordance with the Technical Design and according to the schedule accepted by the Ordering Party;
6) performing Acceptance Tests and obtaining the acceptance of the Ordering Party;
7) training on the implemented MBS for max. 6 employees of the Ordering Party;
8) development of As-built Documentation on MBS implementation and required administrative procedures.
3. The supplied hardware and software must be covered by technical support and warranty (including manufacturer's warranty) under the conditions specified in § 6 of the draft Agreement constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex 1 to the draft Agreement.
4. The subject of the contract should be implemented in accordance with the draft Agreement, including the OPZ and in accordance with the Contractor's offer.
5. The implementation of the subject of the contract involves the processing of classified information with the "confidential" clause. The principles of protection of classified information are specified in the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 756, as amended) and the Industrial Security Instruction, constituting Annex 3 to the draft Agreement.
