Loviisa's new daycare centre
The City of Loviisa is looking for designers to design a new daycare centre in Loviisa.
The procurement also includes sector-specific supervision during construction.
The procurement is divided into lots as follows:
A. Head and architectural design
B. Rakennesuunnittelu
C. HVAC - design
D. Electrical design

It should be noted that based on the project plan, the city has decided to choose the investment option VE 2, Ratapiha and the size of 10 groups.
Based on preliminary ground surveys, the site must be piled and the subfloor must be load-bearing.
There is a desire to use as much wood as possible in the building.
The tenderer may offer more than one part or a van one.
