This contract is part of the 2025 Hospital program, namely the reconstruction and renovation of the Saint-Luc University Clinics.

The current site is equipped with two data centers with redundant operation.

The current location of one of these two centres is located in the area of the Clinic Reconstruction Project and must be relocated prior to the start of the work.

The new Datacenter (DC5) will be implemented at the “S05” level, in the space currently used by the archives and partially as an air extraction plenum.

The new data center will resume:

— the facilities currently connected to the existing data center;

— new installations, under study of the arrangements of the 'existing base';

— the facilities being studied for the new tower project;

— the facilities forming part of the new studies on the development of the existing tower;

— reserves for subsequent installations;

— the possibility of physical extensions of installations and according to the evolution of technologies.

All the facilities proposed for the data center form a homogeneous set with the installations in operation.
